A long winding road containing Route Twenty Three and Twenty Four if you're coming from Kanto or route twenty eight, twenty six and twenty seven if you're coming from Johto, Victory Road is as its name suggests -- only those for the strong who have earned many gym badges and want to fight in the Pokemon Championships.

Mt Silver is just to the east of here as well, and one can easily see it rising high over the buildings there.
